CrossFit (Group Training)

CrossFit is a training methodology based on functional movements such as running, gymnastics, weightlifting, and rowing. Through our expert coaching, we are able to modify our program to challenge everyone from a total beginner to a seasoned athlete. Tidal’s program delivers fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive.

Youth CrossFit

These classes offer a fun, safe training environment for youth. The program is designed to engage a broad spectrum of abilities, and allow kids to see success and progression in their fitness journey.

Legends (55+)

Tidal’s Legends program is developed for ages 55+. Its’ purpose is to keep you moving independently and enable you to safely lift weights and perform bone-building movements. You will see great improvements and benefits at any age, empowering you to enjoy a high quality of life.

Personal Training

Tidal’s personal training offerings are available as a stand-alone option or an add-on to our group memberships. Our expert coaches will work one-on-one with you to help you reach your individual goals.

Nutrition Coaching

A healthy lifestyle encompasses much more than just fitness. Nutrition is another major component that affects performance, strength gains, weight loss, energy levels and more. The Tidal Nutrition program offers custom solutions based on your body and your goals.
