It is recommended that you have your own skipping rope.
Reservations for sessions open 4 days before the scheduled time; the cutoff for cancellations is 1 hour prior. 1 reservation per day is allowed.
Violations of this policy (including repeated “no shows” may result in a $25 charge to your account)
Mask is required.
Enter through the West door, no earlier than 15 minutes prior to session.
Enter alone. No pets, children, spouses etc.
Sanitize your hands.
Take your shoes off and place them on the rack by the East door.
Place your belongings in a bin along the west wall.
Claim your workout grid space.
Check the board for what equipment is needed for the day. You can sanitize and place it in your grid.
One person in the changerooms at a time. There is an indicator light on the wall outside of the doorway. Turn on the light with your elbow when entering, turn off upon exiting. On = Occupied
During your session
Wear a mask at all times. If you are booked for Private Training NOT during class time, you may be allowed to remove your mask. Please confirm with your coach.
Maintain a 3m distance.
Sanitize your equipment before and after use.
After your session
Showers remain off limits.
Sanitize your belongings and storage bin then leave the bin upside down back on the rack to dry.
Please exit the building promptly through the East door. This gives us time to sanitize and prepare for the next class.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, and have been training with us, we ask that you please notify us immediately. Your identity will remain confidential, but it is crucial that we can properly deep clean and trace contacts.
